Refund Policy

PlanStudio sells digital products (planner PDF files) that are generated and delivered to you instantly. Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All sales are final

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase and downloading your file, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download has begun.

2. We do not offer refunds for

• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or no longer needing the product;
• Not using or not downloading the product after purchase;
• Compatibility or display issues caused by third-party apps or devices (e.g., a PDF viewer that does not support links or certain features);
• Customization choices you made (colors, layout, options) that you are unhappy with after download.

3. Limited exceptions

We will, at our sole discretion, provide a fix, replacement, or refund only if there is a genuine problem with the product itself:

• The file is genuinely defective or corrupted and we are unable to resolve it; or
• You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge); or
• The product is materially not as described on this site.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with a clear description of the problem. We may first ask for details and offer to repair or re-deliver the file before issuing any refund.

4. How to request

Email planstudio.app@gmail.com from your account email, including your order date and a description of the issue. Requests that do not fall under Section 3 may be declined.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and issued to your original payment method. They may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
